More direct bookings from
the people who already send you guests.
Partner Outreach finds the hotels, hosts, planners and travel advisors who recommend Oʻahu tours every day. It introduces you to them in your own voice, and tracks which partner sent which booking. You approve every contact. Nothing goes out without you.
Seven kinds of partners
Each one matches a market from the Hawaiʻi Tourism data on the main page. We'd start with the two marked Pilot.
| Partner | Where we find them | Why they'd send you bookings | Best-fit markets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waikiki hotel conciergesPilot | Hotel websites and Google listings | Guests ask them "what tour should we do?" every day | All markets |
| Oʻahu vacation-rental hosts & managersPilot | Rental-manager websites and host directories | Their guests have no concierge, so the host is the concierge | U.S. East families, Canada |
| Wedding & honeymoon planners | Oʻahu and mainland destination-wedding planners | Couples want a special day out, a natural fit for the private SUV tour | U.S. East |
| Conference & group planners | Hawaiʻi Convention Center event calendar, then each event's organizer | Attendees want a half-day or full-day group outing | Groups |
| Mainland & Canadian travel advisors | Advisor directories and Hawaiʻi specialist listings | They plan the whole trip and add the tours | U.S. East, Canada |
| Japanese & Korean travel agencies | Agency websites, searched in Japanese and Korean | First-time visitors book through them before flying | Japan, Korea |
| Travelers asking for tips online | Reddit and TripAdvisor forums | Real people choosing a tour right now. You get a daily list to reply to personally. Nothing is ever posted for you. | All markets |
Seven steps, and you're in control of step 4
Search
Searches the web for each partner type and saves every business it finds.
Real emails
Finds a real contact on each website. Junk and duplicate addresses are removed.
Best fit first
A Waikiki hotel with a concierge desk scores high. A Maui-only planner gets skipped.
Weekly list
"Here are 40 new partners." You tick who to contact. Nothing goes out without you.
In your voice
Short personal emails from your own address, about 10–15 a day, in English, Japanese or Korean.
Partner codes
Each partner gets their own booking link or code, so you see who sent what.
Every week
Who was contacted, who replied, who clicked, and which partners sent bookings.

Plus: the top partners by bookings, replies waiting for you, and this week's traveler questions from the forums.
Three decisions for you
What partners get
A referral fee per booking, free seats for hotel staff, or something else. Partners need a reason to send bookings your way.
Booking links
FareHarbor may already offer partner or affiliate booking links. We'd confirm and use those if so, since that's the simplest option for you.
Your sending email
Emails come from your own address, so partners reply straight to you, the person they'll be working with.
Honest expectations
Quality over volume
Cold outreach is slow at first. The value comes from a handful of strong partners who send guests every week, not from thousands of emails.
Every country has rules
U.S. emails carry your real name and an unsubscribe link. Canada's anti-spam law is much stricter, and Japan and Korea have their own rules, so for those markets we start with personal introductions instead of automated email.
Check your booking-site agreements
If you hand out partner or rebooking cards to guests who booked through other sites, check those agreements first. Some limit contacting their customers.
Start small: 60 days, two partner types
Waikiki hotel concierges and Oʻahu vacation-rental hosts. They're close by and easy to measure, and they pair with the Hotel Concierge QR card from the main proposal.
Set up
You choose the partner offer. We build your search targets, scoring and emails, and set up partner booking codes.
First outreach
You approve the first list. Emails start going out at a gentle pace, and replies come straight to you.
Follow up & sign
Visit interested concierges with the QR card. Weekly reports show who's sending bookings.
Review together
Look at real bookings by partner, then decide whether to add planners, advisors and the Japan & Korea markets.
